Caramel Fridge Tart

So quick to make and delicious to eat! 


  • 1 tin of carnation caramel
  • 1 packet of Marie Biscuits (Tennis biscuits)
  • 250ml cream
  • 1 packet chocolate instant pudding 


  • Whip the cream, add the DRY instant pudding. Mix in the caramel.
  • Layer biscuits then creamy caramel and repeat until all ingredients are used up.
  • Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 – 3 hours to set.
  • Sprinkle with chocolate flakes.
