First, using whatever pom pom maker you have, a Clover Large Pom Pom Maker
When made just trim and shape the pom pom with a scissors to create a neat ball with a tapered nose.
Then just cut small circles of black felt for the eyes, and a little triangle for the nose and attach with fabric glue.
