What to do with your kids in Bloemfontein - 4aKid

Bloemfontein, fountains of flowers, is the city to visit in the Free State. With thousands of rose bushes colouring the streets, it’s a fantastic South African city experience for the whole family.

There are many things to do, from shopping to play parks but today we wanted to put together a list that doesn’t just include indoor and expensive entertainment that you can find in many other cities across the country. So without further delay, let’s get into it.

Anglo Boer War Museum

There are more fun ways to learn about history than in school books, like museums. This museum has 7 exhibit halls with interesting exhibits and dioramas. You can also see other exhibits outside that includes the National Women’s Memorial and the Concentration Camps Memorial among many others. It is well worth a visit for the whole family.
