INDLELA YOKUDLALA YASEKHAYA:
- 2 izinkomishi zikafulawa
- 2 Tbsp Kawoyela (noma yimaphi amafutha azokwenza, amafutha kakhukhunathi, amafutha emifino, ngisho namafutha omnqumo)
- 1/2 indebe kasawoti
- 2 Tbsp ukhilimu we-tartar
- 1 1/2 indebe Amanzi Abilayo
Imfihlo yemibala egqamile kunhlama yakho yokudlala ukusebenzisa umbala wokudla kwejeli. Umbala wokudla kwejeli nakanjani uwudayi ongcono kakhulu wenhlama yokudlala eyenziwe ekhaya.
INDLELA YOKUDLALWA:
- Thela izinkomishi ezi-2 zikafulawa endishini.
- Engeza 1/2 inkomishi kasawoti.
- Hlanganisa ku-2 tbsp ukhilimu we-tartar. (Lokhu ungakuthola engxenyeni yezinongo cishe kunoma yisiphi isitolo segrosa.)
- Engeza u-2 tbsp wamafutha. Kule recipe ngisebenzise amafutha emifino, kodwa ungasebenzisa noma yimaphi amafutha, futhi inqobo nje uma kungamafutha asekhishini, inhlama yakho yokudlala ngeke ibe nobuthi futhi iphephile uma encane ithatha ukunambitheka okuncane. Izinga le-sodium liphezulu kakhulu, ngakho-ke asikukhuthazi lokhu ukuthi kuphindwe kabili njengokudla okulula.
- Thela emanzini abilayo. QAPHELA KAKHULU ngoba lokhu kwenza inhlama ishise!
