Wonderful recipe supplied by Amarula. It’s absolutely delicious, TRY IT! Replace the foil with an oven dish to bake in the oven ;-)
Ingredients:
- Sweet Potatoes
- Butter (± 4 tbsp)
- Brown Sugar
- Amarula Cream Liqueur
- Foil
Method:
- Slice the sweet potato in thin slices in aluminium foil.
- Add butter, brown sugar and Amarula to taste
- Seal the foil tightly and place it on medium to hot coals.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until cooked.
REMOVE AND ENJOY!
