  2. Gcoba insipho noma ukugeza izandla bese uhlikihla izandla zakho imizuzwana engu-15–20 – ungatshela izingane ukuthi lokhu inqobo nje uma kuthatha ukucula ‘Happy Birthday’ kabili.
  3. Qinisekisa ukuthi ugeza ingemuva lezandla, izihlakala, phakathi kweminwe nangaphansi kwezinzipho.
  4. Hlanza futhi womise ngethawula elihlanzekile.

Kukhona namajeli abulala amagciwane (izibulali magciwane) angasetshenziswa esikhundleni sensipho namanzi. Ijeli ihlikihlwa ezandleni zakho ukunqanda ukusabalala kwezifo. Ungathenga lezi ezitolo ezinkulu nasemakhemisi.

Insipho elwa namagciwane ayidingeki futhi ayinciphisi ithuba lokuthola isifo - insipho evamile yanele. Amagciwane asuswa isenzo sokuwasha, ngakho ukuhlikihla izandla ndawonye ngenkathi uzigeza kubaluleke kakhulu.
