Khipha umculi wangaphakathi wengane yakho onezithelo ezinempilo nokudla okulula kwezinambuzane! Lezi zimbungulu ezinhle ziyiresiphi ejabulisayo nelula yezingane. Le recipe ayinayo i-gluten, i-vegan ne-low-sodium.

IZITHAKO:

IZIPHUMELELE ZEMVANO
  • 2-3 Iziqu ze-celery, zisikwe ngobude obuhlukahlukene ukuze uthole izimbungulu ezihlukene

  • 1 inkomishi ye-cherry kanye/noma utamatisi wamagilebhisi (imibala eyahlukahlukene)
  • 1 bunch chives, uthathe 1 "ubude
  • 5-7 iminqumo emnyama
  • 10 ama-cashews aphelele

  • 2-3 iziqu zesilimo esidliwayo esinamagatsha anamanzi, asikwe ngobude obuhlukahlukene ukuze uthole izimbungulu ezihlukene

  • 1 inkomishi yamagilebhisi abomvu kanye/noma aluhlaza
  • 3-4 ama-strawberries, aqoshiwe
  • ½ inkomishi yama-blueberries
  • 1 apula, lisikiwe
  • ¼ izinkomishi ezincane zikashokholethi zamahhala
  • ½ inkomishi I-Envirokidz Leapin' Lemurs cereal ( I-Gorilla Munch noma i-Panda Puffs nayo isebenza kahle!)

  4. Izimbungulu zemifino. Gcwalisa iziqu zesilimo esidliwayo esinamagatsha anamanzi kanye/noma ukhukhamba omncane ngoshizi okhilimu, usebenzisa isikhwama sokudonsa amapayipi noma isipuni.
  5. Izimbungulu zezithelo: Gcwalisa iziqu zesilimo esidliwayo esinamagatsha anamanzi ngebhotela lamantongomane, usebenzisa isikhwama sepayipi noma isipuni. Lezi kuzoba isisekelo sazo zonke izimbungulu zezithelo nemifino ozenzayo.
  6. Khulula umcabango wezingane zakho! Sebenzisa izithombe zethu eziyizethenjwa ukuze uthole ugqozi lokwenza iminenke, amacimbi, ojekamanzi, nezimvemvane. Noma dala futhi usungule izimbungulu zakho!

    Amacimbi: Namathisela amehlo e-googly apholile kutamatisi wecherry noma “amakhanda” amagilebhisi. Engeza i-chive noma izimpondo ze-apula. Yenza umzimba ngomugqa wama-cherry utamatisi, amagilebhisi, amajikijolo aluhlaza, noma okusanhlamvu kwe-Envirokidz.
    Ojekamanzi nezimvemvane: Namathisela amehlo e-googly abandayo kumagilebhisi noma “amakhanda” katamatisi. Noma beka amehlo okusanhlamvu e-Envirokidz kubhotela lamantongomane. Engeza i-chive noma izimpondo ze-apula. Sebenzisa ama-strawberry asikiwe noma izingcezu zekhukhamba ezihhafu ukuze uthole amaphiko. Sebenzisa okusanhlamvu kwe-Envirokidz, amajikijolo aluhlaza, amagilebhisi, noma utamatisi we-cherry ngomzimba.
