BRAAI (bbq) AMARULA SWEET POTATOES

Wonderful recipe supplied by Amarula. It’s absolutely delicious, TRY IT! Replace the foil with an oven dish to bake in the oven ;-)

Ingredients:

• Sweet Potatoes
• Butter (± 4 tbsp)
• Brown Sugar
• Amarula Cream Liqueur
• Foil

Method:

1. Slice the sweet potato in thin slices in aluminium foil.
2. Add butter, brown sugar and Amarula to taste
3. Seal the foil tightly and place it on medium to hot coals.
4. Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until cooked.

REMOVE AND ENJOY!
