These creamy squares are a combination of a pudding and biscuit. A delicious tea-time treat or dessert🫖😍😋
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 150 gr sugar
- 70 gr corn starch
- 10 gr vanillin
- 700 ml milk
- 150 gr cream cheese
- 18 cookies digestive, like Marie or any other kind you like
Directions:
- Cream: mix eggs and sugar in a saucepan. Then add starch, vanillin and hot milk. Bring to the heat and let the cream thicken. Then let the cream cool and add the cheese.
- Assemble the cake in a mold and place in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
- Then divide into squares and serve.
