Cadbury Whispers Triple Layer Cheesecake
Base:
1 packet Chocolate biscuits, crushed finely
½ Cup Butter, melted
Lightly grease and line a 20cm round baking dish.
Combine ingredients well and press into the baking dish.
Layer 1:
1 tub Cream cheese
80g Cadbury Dream white chocolate slab x2-if more is required
150ml Double thick yoghurt
Layer 2:
1 tub Cream Cheese
150g Cadbury Dairy milk chocolate slab, melted
150ml Double thick yoghurt
Layer 3:
1 tub Cream cheese
80g Cadbury Bournville chocolate slab x2 - if more is required
150 ml Double thick yoghurt
Cadbury Whispers Snowballs rolled in gold dust and Cadbury Whispers Snowballs rolled in silver dust to garnish
For each layer combine the ingredients well.
Start by layering the Cadbury Bournville mix onto the biscuits, followed by the Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate mixand lastly the Cadbury Dream White Chocolate.
Then press in Cadbury Whispers Snowballs and allow to set in the fridge for 4-6 hour or alternately overnight.
