- 400g ushizi we-ricotta (cishe ibhodwe elilodwa elivamile)
- 2 izinkomishi zesipinashi esisha, esiqotshwe (noma inkomishi engu-1 encibilikisiwe, isipinashi esiqandisiwe)
- 1 iqanda, elishaywe kancane
- Isigaxa se-nutmeg (okungafakwanga, ukuze kufudumale)

Ukuhlanganiswa kweLasagna
- 250g amashidi e-lasagna (angekho okufanele abilisiwe noma aphekwe kusengaphambili ngokwemiyalelo yephakheji)
- 1 inkomishi kashizi we-mozzarella ohlutshiwe (noma ingxube ye-mozzarella ne-cheddar)
- 1/2 inkomishi kashizi we-Parmesan ogayiwe (okungafakwanga, wokuhlanganisa phezulu)

1. Yenza isosi yenyama
- Fudumeza amafutha omnqumo ebhodweni elikhulu phezu kokushisa okuphakathi.
- Faka inyama ye-turkey egayiwe, uyihlukanise ngesipuni sokhuni. Pheka cishe imizuzu engu-5–7, noma kuze kube nsundu kancane.
- Faka u-anyanisi oqotshiwe kanye nogaliki oqotshiwe, upheke kuze kube u-anyanisi uba yi-translucent, cishe eminye imizuzu engu-3–4.
- Hlanganisa ne-basil eyomile, i-oregano eyomile, usawoti, kanye nopepele omnyama. Hlanganisa kahle.
- Thela i-tomato passata bese ufaka i-tomato paste uma usebenzisa. Yehlisa ukushisa bese uvumela isosi ukuba ibile kancane imizuzu engu-10–15, ukuvumela ukunambitheka ukuba kuhlanganise.
2. Lungisa ukugcwalisa kweRicotta neSpinachi
- Endishini ephakathi, hlanganisa ushizi we-ricotta, isipinashi esiqotshwe, kanye neqanda elishaywe kancane.
- Hlanganisa nge-pinch ye-nutmeg, usawoti, kanye nopepele wokunambitha. Hlanganisa kuze kuhlanganiswe kahle.
3. Shisa ihovini kusengaphambili
Shisa ihovini lakho kusengaphambili ku-180°C (350°F). Faka amafutha kancane noma fafaza isitsha sokubhaka esingu-23x33cm (9x13-inch) ukuze kuvimbele ukunamathela.
4. Hlanganisa iLasagna
- Sabalalisa ungqimba oluncane lwe-sosi ye-turkey phansi kwesitsha sokubhaka.
- Beka ungqimba lwama-lasagna sheets phezu kwesosi (sika noma ugoqe uma kunesidingo).
- Thela ingxenye yenani le-ricotta-spinach mixture phezu kwepasta, usabalalise ngokulinganayo.
- Faka ungqimba lwe-sosi ye-turkey phezulu.
- Phinda izendlalelo: amashidi e-lasagna, ingxube esele ye-ricotta-spinach, bese isosi eningi.
- Qeda ngongqimba olulodwa lokugcina lwama-pasta sheets bese umboza ngesosi esele.
- Fafaza phezulu ushizi we-mozzarella ohlutshiwe futhi, uma ufisa, ushizi we-Parmesan ogayiwe.
5. Bhaka iLasagna
- Beka isitsha ngesinyathelo ngefoyili ye-aluminium, uqinisekise ukuthi ifoyili ayithinti ushizi ukuze igweme ukunamathela.
- Bhaka ehovini elishiswe kusengaphambili imizuzu engu-25.
- Susa ifoyili bese uqhubeka ubhaka eminye imizuzu engu-10–15, noma kuze kube ushizi uncibilikile, uyabila, futhi umnyama kancane emaphethelweni.
- Hlola ukuze ubone ukuthi usuphekwe ngokuphelele yini ngokufaka ummese phakathi; ipasta kufanele ibe ngezantsi, futhi i-lasagna kufanele ishise yonke.
6. Yiyeke iphumule bese uyinika
- Khipha i-lasagna kuhovini bese uyivumela ukuba iphumule imizuzu engu-5–10 ngaphambi kokuyisika. Lesi sinyathelo sisiza izendlalelo ukuba zihlale kahle futhi kwenza ukunikeza kube lula.
- Sika ngamaqhekeza bese uyibeka epuletini. Uma uthanda, fafaza ushizi we-Parmesan ogayiwe owengeziwe noma amakhambi amasha phezulu.
