  • 60–80ml ubisi (lungisa ukuze uthole ukuqina okukhethwayo)
  • Inkomishi kasawoti nopelepele
  • Ushizi ogayiwe wokufafaza phezulu (ongakukhetha)

Iziqondiso

1. Pheka Inyama Nemifino

  1. Fudumeza amafutha epanini elikhulu elishisayo.
  2. Faka inyama yenkomo egayiwe, uyihlukanise ngesipuni sokhuni. Pheka cishe imizuzu emi-5–7, noma kuze kube nsundu. Khipha amafutha amaningi uma kunesidingo.
  3. Faka uanyan oqotshiwe nekaroti eliqotshwe ngama-dayisi, upheke imizuzu embalwa kuze kube uanyan uba sobala.

2. Faka Izinongo Nokucijisa

  1. Faka unamathiseli katamatisi, i-thyme eyomile uma uyisebenzisa, usawoti, nopelepele omnyama.
  2. Fafaza ufulawa (noma isitashi sombila) phezu kwengxube bese uxuba ukuze umboze inyama nemifino.
  3. Ngokwezinyathelo, faka isitoko senyama yenkomo, uxube kahle ukuze ugweme izinhlamvu. Bilisa.

3. Yenza Amazambane Agayiwe

4. Hlanganisa

  1. Shisa ihhavini ku- 180°C (350°F).
  2. Dlulisela inyama negcwalisa lemifino esitsheni sokubhaka.
  3. Spread amazambane agayiwe ngokulinganayo phezulu, usebenzise imfoloko ukwenza ukwakheka noma amaphethini.
  4. Uma ufisa, fafaza ushizi ogayiwe phezulu ukuze uthole ukunambitheka okwengeziwe.

5. Bhaka

  1. Faka isitsha sokubhaka phezu kwerack ephakathi nendawo yehhavini elishisayo.
  2. Bhaka imizuzu engama-20–25, noma kuze kube phezulu kwamazambane kuba nsundu kancane futhi imiphetho iyabila.
  3. Ukuze ube nsundu kakhulu, shintshela kumodi yokugcoba imizuzu embalwa yokugcina, ubheke kakhulu ukuze ugweme ukusha.

6. Phumula Bese Uphaka

  1. Khipha isitsha ehhavini bese usivulela cishe imizuzu emi-5.
  2. Faka izingxenye ezizodwa bese ujabulela yedwa noma ngefresh green salad.

  • Faka imifino eminingi njengommbila, isilimo esidliwayo esinamagatsha anamanzi, noma amakhowe ukuze uthole ukunambitheka okwengeziwe nomsoco.
