  • 5 cups of milk (tea)
  • Salt, black pepper and grated nutmeg to taste
  • 2 cups cream (dairy)

Filling:

  • 1 and 1/2 cup diced bacon
  • 5 cups of broccoli (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method of Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. For the white sauce, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion for 3 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle in the flour and sauté for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Pour the milk, little by little, stirring constantly until it thickens.
  5. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, add the cream and set aside.
  6. For the filling, in a pan over medium heat, sauté the bacon in its own fat until golden.
  7. Add broccoli and sauté for 3 minutes or until wilted.
  8. Add the parsley, salt, pepper and mix well.
  9. In a large refractory, intersperse layers of sauce, pasta, broccoli and cheese, ending with pasta and sauce.
  10. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
  12. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
