Ukudla ama-oats abhakiwe kuwukudla okunempilo. Amaqanda anika lesi sitsha sasekuseni ukuthungwa okufana nekhekhe. Nazi izindlela ezi-5 ezimnandi ongakhuphula ngazo ukudla kwakho kwasekuseni.

IREsiphi

  • 8 amaqanda
  • 4 tbsp uju
  • 3 ubhanana ovuthiwe
  • 4 amathisipuni baking powder
  • ¼ tsp usawoti
  • 4 izinkomishi i-oats egayiwe

INDLELA

1. Shisisa ihhavini ku-180ºC.

2. Faka zonke izithako ku-processor yokudla bese uhlanganisa kuze kuhlanganiswe futhi kubushelelezi. Ama-oats azoba nokuthungwa okuncane, lokho kuhle! (Yenza uhhafu weresiphi ngesikhathi uma i-blender yakho incane kakhulu).

3. Landela lezi zinyathelo ezingezansi ukuze udale uhlobo ngalunye lwe-oats ebhakiwe!

4. Ukwehluka ngakunye kugcwalisa isitsha sasekuseni esi-1. Bhaka imizuzu engu-15-18 kuze kube yilapho usethe kodwa usanyakaza kancane.

Ama-oats aphekwe nge-chocolate

1. Gcwalisa isitsha sakho sokuqala ngesisekelo se-oat bese ugoqa nge-1 1/2 tbsp ye-cocoa. 

2. Songa ngo-40g ushokoledi omnyama oqoshiwe noma 2 wezipuni zikashokoledi.

Ibhotela le-peanut oats obhakiwe

1. Gcwalisa isitsha sakho sesibili ngesisekelo se-oat.

2. Engeza u-2 wezipuni webhotela lamantongomane elibushelelezi endishini encane ehlukile bese uxuba kanye ne-1/4 yenkomishi yobisi, ingxube ingase ibambe kancane, kodwa qhubeka ungeze uketshezi oluthe xaxa futhi ugovuze kuze kube bushelelezi. Songa le ngxube ngesisekelo se-oat.

Okusajingijolo & ushokoledi omhlophe obhakiwe oats

1. Gcwalisa isitsha sakho sesithathu ngesisekelo se-oat.

2. Faka ama-60g amajikijolo afriziwe ebhodweni phezu kokushisa okuphakathi no-1 tbsp ushukela kanye ne-1 tsp ijusi kalamula. Govuza imizuzu engu-5-10 kuze kube yilapho i-saucy futhi iphukile, susa ekushiseni.

3. Faka le compote kuma-oats nge-40g yeshokoledi emhlophe eqoshiwe.

I-apula iphula ama-oats aqoshiwe

1. Gcwalisa isitsha sakho sesine ngesisekelo se-oat.

2. Sika uhhafu we-apula ube amakhyubhu amancane kakhulu, uwafake epanini phezu kokushisa okuphakathi kanye no-2 tbsp ibhotela kanye no-¼ indebe kashukela onsundu. Govuza kuze kube yilapho ama-apula ethambile futhi ibhotela noshukela ku-caramelised, cishe imizuzu emihlanu.

3. Ukuze uthole ukuwohloka, engeza 2 wezipuni ushukela treacle kanye 2 tbsp ibhotela endishini. Shaya ndawonye usebenzisa isipuni. Engeza u-½ wenkomishi kafulawa bese uxuba kuze kube yimvuthuluka ethambile.

4. Songa ingxube ye-apula ibe yi-oats bese uyibeka phezulu nge-sugar crumble kanye nothuli oluncane lwesinamoni.

I-Tiramisu ibhaka ama-oats

1. Gcwalisa isitsha sakho sokugcina nge-oat base bese ugoqa nge-1 tbsp kakhokho.

2. Engeza ithipuni elingu-1 lekhofi elisheshayo enkomishini engu-¼ yobisi olushisayo, gudluza ukuze uncibilikise ikhofi, wengeze lokhu ku-oat base yakho bese ugoqozisa.

3. Uma usubhakiwe, faka u-½ inkomishi ye-double cream yoghurt bese uqeda ngokugcoba i-cocoa powder.
