Okwe-Rum Sauce:
  • 1/2 indebe rum emnyama
  • Ongakukhetha: 1/4 indebe ye-banana liqueur
  • 1/4 indebe ibhotela (unsalted)
  • 1 inkomishi ushukela omnyama omnyama
  • 1 ithisipuni isinamoni
  • 5 ubhanana amakhulu (ahlutshiwe futhi ahlukaniswe izingxenye ezintathu)
Okwe-Whipped Cream:
  • 1 inkomishi ukhilimu onzima wokugaya (kubanda)
  • 2 wezipuni ushukela
  • 1/2 ithisipuni i-vanilla

Izinyathelo Zokukwenza:

  1. Qoqa izithako.

  2. Shisisa i-oven ukuya ku-350 F.
  3. Beka ama-pecans eshidini lekhukhi bese ugcoba kancane kuhhavini uze ukwazi ukuhogela (cishe imizuzu engu-4 kuya kwengu-6)
  4. Beka eceleni ukuze kuphole, bese ucishe unqume. Vala ihhavini
  5. Faka bhotela isitsha sokubhaka esijulile esingu-9 x 12 (noma okulinganayo) bese wengeza ama-cubes esinkwa endaweni elinganayo.
  6. Endishini enkulu, hlanganisa amaqanda, ubisi, ushukela, ubhanana ocutshiwe, i-vanilla, isinamoni, ne-nutmeg.
  7. Thela ingxube phezu kwama-cubes esinkwa. Ukusebenzisa i-spatula yerabha, faka ngobumnene ama-pecans nezingcezu zamabhilikosi omisiwe.

  11. Susa i-foil bese ubhaka enye imizuzu engu-20 kuya kwengu-30 kuze kube yilapho iqinile futhi ummese ofakiwe uphuma uhlanzekile.

Yenza I-Rum Sauce

  1. Qoqa izithako.

  2. Ngenkathi i-pudding yesinkwa ibhaka, ukushisa ibhotela epanini elikhulu phezu komlilo ophakathi.

  3. Lapho ibhotela liqala ukuncibilika engeza ushukela onsundu, isinamoni, nobhanana ohlukaniswe izingxenye ezintathu. Pheka ngobumnene, uhambisa ubhanana, cishe umzuzu owodwa.
  4. Susa i-skillet ekushiseni bese wengeza i-rum nogologo. Buyisela i-skillet ekushiseni okuphakathi.

  5. Lapho uketshezi luqala ukubhuquza, tshekisa ipani futhi ngokuqapha khanyisa isoso ngomentshisi omude. Lapho ilangabi lihamba, susa i-skillet ekushiseni. (Uma ungeke ukwazi ukwenza i-sauce ikhanyise, vele upheke amaminithi angu-3 kuya kwangu-4 ukuze uvumele utshwala bushise.)

  3. Faka i-vanilla bese ufafaza ushukela phezu kokhilimu.
  4. Qhubeka ushaya kuze kube iziqongo ezithambile. Sebenzisa ngokushesha noma ufake efrijini.

Ukukhonza

  1. Sika ube yizikwele noma ukhiphe uphudingi wesinkwa bese ubeka epuleti noma endishini.

  2. Faka izingcezu ezimbili zikabhanana ophekiwe bese uchofa isoso serum ngaphezulu.

  3. Engeza ukhilimu ohlutshiwe.
