- 500 g ukhilimu ushizi
- 300 g ukhilimu omuncu
- 175g (¾ inkomishi) ushukela we-castor
- 3 amaqanda amakhulu
I-Bar One Topping
- 2 Ama-Bar One amakhulu, uthathe izingcezu
- 125ml (½ inkomishi) ukhilimu
IMIYALELO:
- Shisisa ihhavini ukuya ku-160°C. Gweba noma ugaye amabhisikidi kuze kube imvuthuluka. Engeza ibhotela elicibilikile futhi usebenze kuze kuhlanganiswe.
- Cindezela imvuthuluka phansi kwethini le-springform elingu-22cm. Isiqandisi.
- Hlanganisa ukhilimu ushizi, ukhilimu omuncu kanye noshukela we-castor. Shaya amaqanda.
- Thela ingxube phezu kwesisekelo samabhisikidi. Beka ethreyini yokubhaka bese ubhaka ihora elingu-1. Pholisa kancane kuhhavini.
