  • ½ T irayisi iwayini uviniga
  • 1 T Flying Goose sambal oelek
  • ½ i-lime, ijusi
  • i-guacamole, yokukhonza
  • I-Woolworths i-paprika dukkah egayiwe futhi ebhenyiwe, yokufafaza
  • Inketho ye-prawn:
  • I-avocado engu-1, isikwe kancane futhi yakhiwe ama-roses amancane
  • Imayonnaise yesitayela sase-Woolworths, yokuphakelwa
  • iminti
  • I-Woolworths i-paprika dukkah egayiwe futhi ebhenyiwe, yokufafaza

UKUPHEKA IMIYALELO

1. Ukwenza irayisi ilume, hlanganisa zonke izithako endishini. Faka isitsha sokubhaka esincane nge-clingwrap bese wengeza ingxube yelayisi. Bushelelezi futhi ucindezele phansi ngokuqinile. Friza ihora elingu-1.

2. Uma usupholile futhi usethe, susa irayisi esitsheni sokubhaka futhi usike ama-rectangles amancane. Faka uthuli kancane nge-cornflour.

3. Fry ama-rice bites emafutheni amancane epanini lokuthosa elingenayo induku phezu kokushisa okuphakathi kuya phezulu kuze kube yigolide futhi crispy.

4. Ukuze uthole inketho ye-vegan, hlanganisa umnkantsha wengane, isoso yesoya, uviniga welayisi, i-sambal oelek nejusi ye-lime. Vumela ukugqumisa imizuzu embalwa. Gcoba i-guacamole encane ekudleni kwerayisi, ngaphezulu komnkantsha bese ufafaza phezu kwe-dukkah.

5. Ukuze uthole inketho ye-pescatarian, faka i-avo rose noma i-avo esikiwe ekulunyweni kwerayisi, engeza ukukhama okuncane kwe-mayo, i-prawn, iqabunga le-mint kanye nokufafaza kwe-dukkah.
