I-French Onion Honeycomb Pasta Recipe

Izithako:

  • 1 ikhilogremu pasta
  • 1 isipuni samafutha omnqumo
  • 4 u-anyanisi ophakathi, osikiwe kancane
  • 1 isipuni sebhotela
  • 1 isipuni soju
  • 1 ithisipuni kasawoti
  • 1 ithisipuni ye-pepper emnyama
  • 1 ithisipuni ye-thyme eyomile
  • 1 inkomishi yemifino umhluzi
  • 1 inkomishi ye-Gruyere ushizi ogayiwe
  • 1/2 indebe egayiwe i-Parmesan ushizi

Izikhombisi-ndlela:

  1. Shisisa ihhavini ye-th3 ukuya ku-200C/180C. Gcoba ipani lekhekhe le-springform elingu-23cm bese uhlobisa isisekelo ngephepha lokubhaka.
  2. Pheka i-pasta ngokulandela izinkomba zephakheji kuze kube yi-al dente. Khipha bese ubeka eceleni.
  3. Khipha kahle bese usakaza phezu kwethreyi elikhulu ukuze wome kancane. Hlela uqonde epanini elilungisiwe ukuze wenze iphethini eliqinile lekhekheba lezinyosi.
  4. Epanini elikhulu, shisa amafutha omnqumo phezu komlilo ophakathi. Engeza u-anyanisi osikiwe bese upheka imizuzu engaba ngu-10-15 kuze kube yilapho ubomvu futhi u-caramelized.
  5. Faka ibhotela, uju, usawoti, pepper, ne-thyme eyomile ku-skillet no-anyanisi. Pheka eminye imizuzu emi-5, uvuselela ngezikhathi ezithile.
  6. Thela umhluzi wemifino ku-skillet bese ulethe ukuze ubilise. Yiyeke ipheke eminye imizuzu emi-5.
  7. Thela ingxube phezu kwe-rigatoni. Gcoba ushizi.
  8. Fafaza ushizi we-Gruyere noshizi we-Parmesan ngaphezulu kwe-pasta bese uvala ngesivalo. Yiyeke ipheke cishe imizuzu engama-25 kuze kube yilapho ushizi uncibilika futhi ubhabhuza.
  9. Khonza kushisa futhi ujabulele!
