- Preheat oven yakho ku 200°C (400°F).

- Faka u-anyanisi oqotshiwe kanye nopelepele. Pheka imizuzu 4–5, uvuselela ngezikhathi ezithile, kuze kube u-anyanisi uthambile futhi opelepele baqala ukuba nsundu kancane.
- Faka usawoti omncane, upelepele, kanye ne-smoked paprika uma uthanda ukunambitheka okubhemayo.
3. Hlanganisa Ubhatata Nemifino
- Uma ubhatata usuosiwe kancane, ukhiphe kuhhavini.
- Uwufake epanini lokuthosa no-anyanisi kanye nopelepele. Vuselela ukuze usabalalise kahle izinongo.
- Pheka konke ndawonye eminye imizuzu 5–7, noma kuze kube ubhatata upheke ngokuphelele futhi ube yigolide.
4. Dala Izimbobo Zamaqanda
- Usebenzisa isipuni noma i-spatula, yenza izimbobo ezincane (izikhala) engxubeni kabhatata yeqanda ngalinye.
- Faka iqanda embotsheni ngayinye ngokucophelela. Faka usawoti omncane kanye nopelepele, noma noma imuphi umuthi owufunayo.
5. Pheka Amaqanda
- Yehlisa ukushisa ku low bese umboza ipani ngesivalo.
- Vumela amaqanda apheke kuze kube amhlophe aqina kodwa amajikijolo asamanzi, imvamisa imizuzu 3–5.
- Ukuze uthole amajikijolo aqinile, pheka isikhashana.
6. Phaka Bese Uhlobisa
- Susa ipani ekushiseni.
- Fafaza ama-chilli flakes, amakhambi amasha, noma ushizi uma uthanda.
- Phaka ngokushesha, bese ucabanga ukufaka i-avocado eqotshiwe noma isipuni se-salsa phezulu ukuze uthole ukunambitheka okwengeziwe.
