Izithako:
- 20 oz (5) amathanga enkukhu
- 1 isipuni sewayini lokupheka lase-Asia (i-sake noma iwayini lelayisi laseShayina), ozikhethela
- 3 clove garlic, oqoshiwe
- 1 isipuni soy sauce
- 1 isipuni samafutha
- Amaqabunga e-parsley aqoshiwe, ukuze ahlobise
- Imbewu yesesame emhlophe, yokuhlobisa
Isoso:
- 1/2 indebe ye-orange juice
- 3 1/2 wezipuni uju noma ngaphezulu ukunambitha
- 1-2 amathisipuni ebhodlela likagalikhi upelepele sauce
- 1 isipuni soy sauce noma ngaphezulu ukunambitha
- 1/2 isipuni ijusi lemon
Indlela:
- Debone amathanga enkukhu, gcina isikhumba. Engeza iwayini lokupheka kanye nesoso ye-soy enkukhu, gxuma ukuhlanganisa kahle.
- Engeza zonke izithako ku-Sauce, whisk ukuhlanganisa kahle. Beka eceleni.
- Shisisa i-skillet, gazinga inkukhu ngohlangothi lwesikhumba phansi. Phendula bese uyithosa ezinhlangothini zombili zenkukhu ize ibe nsundu. Dlulisela inkukhu endishini yokuphakela. Faka amafutha okupheka ku-skillet, gazinga u-garlic kuze kube nsundu kancane, engeza inkukhu emuva ku-skillet, kulandele I-Sauce.
- Vula ukushisa kube phansi futhi uvumele ukupheka kuze kube yilapho isoso yehla kancane. Phezulu inkukhu nge-parsley nesesame. Khonza ngokushesha.
