Indlela

  1. Shisisa i-oven ukuya ku-180C/fan 160C/gas 4.
  2. Hlanganisa u-225g webhotela elithambile elingenasawoti kanye no-225g ushukela kuze kube yilapho uphaphatheka futhi ukhilimu, bese ufaka amaqanda ama-4, elilodwa ngesikhathi, uhlanganise kancane kancane.
  3. Sefa ku-225g kafulawa ozikhulisela wona, bese wengeza i-zest egayiwe kalamula owodwa bese uxuba kuze kuhlanganiswe kahle.
  4. Gcoba ithini lesinkwa (8 x 21cm) nephepha elingangenwa amafutha, bese ufaka isipuni kule ngxube bese ubeka phezulu ngesipuni.
  5. Bhaka amaminithi angu-45-50 kuze kube yilapho i-skewer encane efakwe phakathi nendawo yekhekhe iphuma ihlanzekile.
  6. Ngenkathi ikhekhe lisaphola ethini lalo, hlanganisa ndawonye ijusi kalamula ongu-1 ½ kanye no-85g we-caster sugar ukuze wenze ukuvuza.
  7. Gcoba ikhekhe elifudumele yonke indawo nge-skewer noma imfoloko, bese uthela phezu kwe-drizzle - ijusi izocwila futhi ushukela uzokwakha okuthandekayo, okushisayo.
  8. Shiya ethini kuze kuphole ngokuphelele, bese ususa futhi uphake. Izogcinwa esitsheni esingangenisi umoya izinsuku ezingu-3-4, noma iqhwaze kuze kube yinyanga eyodwa.
