Iresiphi enambithekayo negcwele ukunambitheka kwesaladi yekholifulawa ne-alimondi ene-tahini-cumin dressing

Izithako

  • 2 izandla ezinkulu zerokhethi
  • 1 ikhanda likakholifulawa, liqotshiwe
  • 1/3 indebe yama-alimondi, eqoshiwe
  • 2 ama-clove kagalikhi, oqoshiwe
  • Amafutha omnqumo + usawoti wasolwandle, okosiwe

Ukugqoka:

  • 2 tbsp ushukela
  • 2 tbsp ijusi lemon
  • 1/4 indebe yamanzi afudumele
  • 1 tsp kumina
  • 1 tsp usawoti olwandle
  • 1 tbsp parsley, oqoshiwe

Kwenziwa kanjani
Preheat oven ukuya ku-180 °.

Ethreyini enkulu yokubhaka, fafaza ikholifulawa egazingiwe, u-garlic nama-alimondi. Gcoba ngamafutha omnqumo bese uthela ngosawoti olwandle. Faka kuhhavini imizuzu engu-25-30 kuze kube yigolide futhi iphekwe.

Ukuze wenze i-cumin-Tahini yokugqoka, hlanganisa i-tahini, ijusi kalamula, amanzi afudumele, izinongo ze-cumin, usawoti wasolwandle kanye ne-parsley bese uxuba ukuhlanganisa. Beka eceleni.

Hlanganisa izithako zesaladi ezihlanganisa i-rocket, ukholifulawa ogazingiwe, ama-alimondi nesweli bese uconsa ngemvunulo. Phezulu ngeziphethu ezimbalwa ezengeziwe ze-parsley bese ukhonza ngamaprotheni ozikhethelayo.
