Smoked Trout Pasta Recipe - 4aKid

  • 200 ml ukhilimu

  • 2 clove garlic - ikhasi & grate fake
  • 1 lemon - uthathe ama-wedges
  • 2 tbsp capers - hlambulula futhi uyomise ithawula lephepha
  • 400 g isipinashi tagliatelle
  • amafutha omnqumo (kusuka ku-pantry yakho)
  • usawoti kanye nopelepele omnyama (kusuka ku-pantry yakho)
  • amathawula wephepha (kusuka ku-pantry yakho)


Ukulungiselela:

  • Lungiselela zonke izithako njengoba kukhonjisiwe ngenhla. Bilisa igedlela.

Isipinashi tagliatelle:

Beka ipani ngamanzi abilayo anosawoti omncane ekushiseni okuphezulu. Uma ubila, engeza i-tagliatelle bese upheka imizuzu emi-5. Ungayipheki kakhulu ipasta - uyifuna i-al dente, ethi ukuhlafuna kancane. Uma sekuvuthiwe, khipha (gcina amanzi) bese ugcoba ngamafutha omnqumo amancane. Gcina ufudumele ku-colander phezu kwamanzi abilayo. Beka amanzi abekelwe eceleni.

Capers:

Faka ama-glug ambalwa wamafutha omnqumo epanini elikhulu lokuthosa ekushiseni okuphezulu. Uma kushisa (kodwa ungabhemi) engeza ama-capers futhi gazinga imizuzwana engu-30 kuze kube yilapho evuleka (qaphela, amafutha angase aphimise kancane uma ama-capers emanzi). Khipha ithawula lephepha. Gcina amafutha amancane.

I-trout sauce:

Beka i-pan ekushiseni okuphakathi, engeza amafutha amancane e-caper. Engeza ama-leeks bese upheka imizuzu engu-5. Bese wengeza u-garlic bese upheka iminithi elingu-1. Faka ukhilimu bese ushiya ukubila (ubilise ngobumnene) omunye umzuzu. Hlanganisa i-tagliatelle nge-sauce, wengeze amanzi amancane agcinwe ku-pasta uma kudingeka ukuze ukhululeke. Hlanganisa ku-¾ we-trout bese ufaka usawoti kanye nopelepele ukunambitha.
Khonza endishini ehlanganiswe nezinye izingcezu ze-trout, i-dill, i-capers kanye nokukhama kwelamula.
