STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING - 4aKid

IZITHAKO:

I-Pudding/ikhekhe:

  • 8 oz (225 g) amadethi athambile (afana ne-medjool), agotshwe futhi aqoshwe kahle

  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp usawoti
  • 6 tbsp (85 g) ibhotela elingenasawoti
  • ¾ inkomishi (125 g) ushukela onsundu (ngisebenzise iMuscovado emnyama kodwa ukukhanya kulungile futhi)
  • 2 amaqanda
  • 1 tsp i-vanilla extract

I-Toffee Sauce

  • ½ inkomishi (125 g) ibhotela elingenasawoti
  • 1 inkomishi (170 g) ushukela onsundu
  • ¾ inkomishi (190 mL) ukhilimu onzima
  • 1 tsp usawoti
  • I-1 tsp i-vanilla (ayizange ngiyingeze kuvidiyo, kodwa ngithanda ukungeza i-vanilla kuma-dessert)

IZIQONDISO:

  8. Gcoba ikhekhe izikhathi eziningi usebenzisa i-skewer noma i-chopstick. Lokhu kuqinisekisa ukuthi ikhekhe lizothatha yonke i-sauce ye-toffee.
  9. Ukuze ulungise isoso yethofi, hlanganisa ibhotela, ushukela onsundu kanye nokhilimu epanini emlilweni ophakathi nendawo.
