Ukugqoka

  • 1/4 ithisipuni i-garlic egayiwe
  • 1/2 isipuni Dijon lwesinaphi (ungasebenzisi lwesinaphi esivamile)
  • 2 wezipuni (26g) apple cider uviniga
  • 1 isipuni (16g) ijusi kalamula elisanda kufakwa
  • 1 isipuni (16g) ijusi yewolintshi esanda kukhanywa
  • 2-1/2 isipuni (35 g) extra virgin amafutha omnqumo
  • 1-1/2 isipuni (35 g) uju (engeza kancane ebumnandini obufunayo)

IMIYALELO

  • I-QUINOA : Hlanganisa i-quinoa namanzi ngosawoti ukunambitha (ngifaka i-1/2 ithisipuni kasawoti olwandle ocolile) ebhodweni elincane. Landela izinkomba zephakeji ukuze upheke i-quinoa. Vala isitsha bese ugoqa kuze kuhlanganiswe izithako. Faka efrijini kuze kube yilapho usulungele ukusetshenziswa.
  • SALAD PREP : Khipha kahle amawolintshi e-mandarin noma ikhasi bese uhlukanisa ama-clementine, igobolondo bese usika ama-pistachio, khipha isikhumba nomgodi kakotapheya, futhi usike kancane noma usike. Thela ulamula omusha phezu kukakwatapheya.
  • UMHLANGANO WAMASALADI : Endishini enkulu, engeza kungxube yesaladi yasentwasahlobo kanye nequinoa ephekiwe, Epholile NGOKUPHELELE. Hlanganisa ngobumnene ukuhlanganisa. Engeza amawolintshi, ama-pistachios, ushizi wezimbuzi, nokwatapheya. Susa okokugqoka efrijini, xukuza kahle, bese uthela phezu kwesaladi.
