I-Hazelnut Meringue (uma uthanda):

  • 2¬†amaqanda amhlophe amakhulu
  • 5¬†Tbsp¬†ushukela granulated
  • gcoba usawoti
  • ukhilimu omncane we-tartar
  • 1/2¬†indebe¬†ama-hazelnuts aqoshiwe¬†(isikhumba esithosiwe)
  • 1 1/2¬†Tbsp¬†I-cocoa powder eyenziwe nge-Dutch¬†sihluziwe

IMIYALELO:

Ikhekhe le-Chocolate Hazelnut:

  • Shisisa ihhavini ibe ngu-350F, gcoba amapani okubhaka ayindilinga amathathu angu-6" bese ufaka uthuli ngempushana kakhokho.
  • Faka zonke izithako ezomile endishini ye-stand mixer efakwe okunamathiselwe kwi-paddle. Govuza ukuhlanganisa.
  • Endishini ephakathi phehla zonke izithako ezimanzi (uthele amanzi ashisayo kancane ngenkathi uphehla ukuze ungawapheki amaqanda).
  • Engeza izithako ezimanzi ukuze zome futhi uhlanganise phakathi kwemizuzu engu-2-3. I-batter izoba mncane kakhulu.
  • Thela ngokulinganayo emapanini alungisiwe. Ngisebenzise isikali sasekhishini ukuqinisekisa ukuthi inhlama isatshalaliswa ngokulinganayo.
  • Bhaka kuze kube yilapho umhloli wekhekhe ephuma ngokuvamile ehlanzekile, ingqikithi ye-30-35mins.

I-Nutella Buttercream:

  • Lungiselela i-mixer yokumisa nge-attachment ye-whisk ne-whisk ibhotela kuze kube bukhilimu (imizuzu emi-2).
  • Endishini ephakathi, hlanganisa ushukela oluyimpuphu ohluziwe kanye ne-cocoa powder.
  • Yehlisa isivinini siye phansi bese wengeza ingxube kashukela oyimpuphu inkomishi engu-1 ngesikhathi kuze kuhlanganiswe kahle. Gcoba izinhlangothi zesitsha bese uphehla njengoba kudingeka. Engeza i-Nutella bese ushaya phezulu cishe imizuzu emi-5.

I-Hazelnut Meringue:

  • Shisisa ihhavini ibe ngu-250F bese ulayini epanini elingu-10x15" ngesikhumba. Landelela imibuthano engu-5" emibili esikhumbeni, phendukisa ukuze uhlangothi olulandelelwe lube phansi.
  • Hlanganisa amaqanda amhlophe, usawoti, nokhilimu we-tartar endishini ye-stand mixer**. Shaya phezulu kuze kube iziqongo ezithambile. Yengeza kancane ushukela (i-Tbsp engu-1 ngesikhathi) bese ushaya kuze kube yiziqongo eziqinile.
  • Gcoba i-meringue encane ngaphansi kwamakhona esikhumba ukuze uyivikele. Songa ama-hazelnuts aqoshiwe kanye ne-cocoa powder ku-meringue. Gcoba kumadiski usebenzisa imibuthano engu-5" njengomhlahlandlela. Pipe noma usakaze i-meringue esele ezindaweni ezingenalutho esikhumbeni.
  • Bhaka imizuzu engu-90 bese upholisa epanini.

Ukuhlanganisa:

  • Beka ungqimba olulodwa lwekhekhe endaweni yokumisa ikhekhe noma ipuleti yokuphakela. Phezulu nge-2/3 indebe ye-buttercream futhi usakaze ngokulinganayo. Beka i-meringue disc eyodwa phezulu nangaphezulu ne-buttercream eyengeziwe uma uthanda. Phinda ngezendlalelo ezisele bese ugcoba ikhekhe. Bhaka imizuzu engu-20.
