I-Garlic Naan Isinkwa

Garlic Naan Bread - 4aKid

I-garlic yenza konke kube ngcono. Thatha ukudla kwakho okuthandayo kanye nama-gravies ngalesi sinkwa esimnandi se-garlic naan! Ukwengeza okuhle kwezitsha ze-curry.

Izithako:

  • 1 inkomishi kafulawa wenhloso yonke
  • 1/2 tsp i-bicarbonate ye-Robertson ye-soda
  • 1/2 tsp Usawoti
  • 1 tsp Ushukela
  • 2/3 indebe ye-yogurt
  • 2 Ubisi
  • 1/4 indebe Ibhotela
  • 2-3 garlic - clove, oqoshiwe
  • Usawoti kanye nopelepele omnyama osanda kufakwa - ukunambitha
  • I-coriander entsha - eqoshiwe

Indlela:

  1. Endishini enkulu, hlanganisa ufulawa, i-baking soda, usawoti, ushukela uhlanganise kahle.
  2. Yenza umthombo phakathi kwezithako ezomile bese wengeza iyogathi, ubisi namafutha. Hlanganisa kuze kube yilapho konke kuhlanganiswe kahle.
  3. Gcoba kancane indawo yakho yokusebenza bese uxova ingxube yakho kuze kube inhlama ethambile. Uma inhlama ibuyela emuva uma uyihlikihla, isilungile.
  4. Faka inhlama endishini egcotshwe ngamafutha bese uvala ngendwangu. Beka endaweni efudumele futhi uyivumele iphumule cishe ihora elingu-1. Phakathi naleso sikhathi, engeza ugalikhi nebhotela epanini phezu kokushisa okuphakathi nendawo. Vumela ibhotela lincibilike futhi ugalikhi uzopheka kahle njengoba upheka. Isizini ngosawoti kanye nopelepele ubeke eceleni ukuze uphake.
  5. Lapho inhlama iphumule futhi icishe iphindwe kabili ngobukhulu, ihlukanise ibe yizicucu ezincane ezingu-6-8. Ukusebenza ngesiqephu esisodwa ngesikhathi, gingqa inhlama ibe amabhola amancane.
  6. Vala amabhola akho bese uwavumela ukuba aphumule imizuzu eyi-10.
  7. Cindezela kancane amabhola phansi ukuze uwacabalele, bese uwagoqa abe yizimo ezisaqanda usebenzisa iphinikhodi egoqayo enofulawa noma ingilazi ende.
  8. Gcoba ingxube encane yamanzi namafutha ohlangothini olulodwa lwe-naan ngayinye.
  9. Shisisa ipani phezu komlilo ophakathi bese ubeka uhlangothi olumanzi lwe-naan flat epanini. I-naan izoqala ukubhamuza, yile ndlela ozokwazi ngayo ukuthi isilungele ukuphenduphenduka. Yiphenye ngokucophelela bese u-brown ngakolunye uhlangothi lwe-naan.
  10. Susa ama-naans epuletini bese uxubha ngebhotela likagalikhi bese ufafaza i-coriander entsha.
  11. Jabulela nge-curry oyikhonzile noma iyodwa.
