  • ½ inkomishi yobisi
  • ¼ inkomishi ibhotela
  • 3½ izinkomishi Bokomo Traditional Oats
  • 1 inkomishi ibhotela lamantongomane


Okwamakhukhi afakwe ushokoledi:

  • 1 inkomishi kashokoledi, encibilikile
  • ½ inkomishi ethosiwe i-Bokomo Traditional Oats


Ngamakhukhi e-sandwich:

  • Ibhavu elingu-1 (230g) ushizi wekhilimu
  • ¼ inkomishi kashukela
  • 1 tsp i-vanilla essence


INDLELA

  1. Faka i-tray yokubhaka ngephepha lokubhaka bese ulibeka eceleni.

  2. Faka ushukela, ubisi nebhotela ebhodweni phezu komlilo omncane ugovuze kuze kuncibilike.

  3. Phakamisa ukushisa bese ubilisa ingxube umzuzu, bese uyisusa emlilweni.

  4. Hlanganisa ama-oats nebhotela le-peanut.

  5. Vumela ukuthi kuphole ngaphambi kokubumba izipuni zengxube zibe yizimo zekhukhi eliyisicaba. Beka ephepheni lokubhaka bese uvumela ukusetha.
