The ultimate amazambane Bhaka !!! I-Potato + ukhilimu + ushizi nge-hint of garlic kanye ne-thyme edalwe amaFulentshi = izulu elihlanzekile.

Izithako:

  • 1 1/2 izinkomishi (375 ml) ukhilimu , amafutha agcwele
  • 2 ama-clove e-garlic , aqoshiwe
  • 2 wezipuni (30g) ibhotela elingenasawoti , elicibilikile
  • 1.25 kg / 2.5 lb amazambane anesitashi , Russet, Sebago, Maris Piper (Qaphela 2)
  • 1 tsp usawoti
  • 1/4 tsp upelepele
  • 2 1/2 izinkomishi (250g) i-gruyere (noma i-mozzarella) ushizi , egayiwe (Qaphela 3)
  • 2 tsp amaqabunga e-thyme , amasha (ngokuzithandela - kodwa anconywa kakhulu)

Imiyalelo:

  • Phinda ungqimba lwesibili nolwesithathu, kodwa ungaqedi ngoshizi kungqimba olungaphezulu (luzongeza kamuva).
  • Mboza ngesivalo noma ucwecwe, ubhake ihora elingu-1 nemizuzu eyi-15 noma aze amazambane aphakathi nendawo athambe (sebenzisa ummese ukuhlola).
  • Susa i-foil, phezulu ngoshizi. Bhaka eminye imizuzu eyi-10 kuya kweyi-15 kuze kube nsundu yegolide. Yima imizuzu emi-5 ngaphambi kokuphaka.
