Iresiphi Yesinkwa Sebhodwe Elingaxutshwa Nge-Garlic Butter

Izithako:

  • 1 kg kafulawa wesinkwa esimhlophe
  • 10 g (15 ml) imvubelo esheshayo
  • 30 ml amafutha e-olive extra virgin, kanye nokunye ukugcoba ibhodwe
  • 15 ml usawoti
  • 875 ml (3 1/2 izinkomishi) amanzi

Ngebhotela likagalikhi:
(yenza phambili futhi ufake efrijini kuze kube yilapho usulungele ukusetshenziswa)

  • 250 g ibhotela, ithambile kakhulu kodwa ayincibiliki
  • 15 ml amafutha omnqumo engeziwe
  • 2-3 ama-clove kagalikhi, agayiwe kahle
  • ingxenye enkulu ye-parsley, eqoshiwe
  • usawoti & pepper ukunambitha

Kanjani:

  • Faka zonke izithako endishini enkulu yokuxuba bese uxuba nesipuni sokhuni ukuze wenze inhlama emanzi, enamathelayo.
  • Mboza ngesivalo noma ukugoqa ngepulasitiki bese uvumela ukuma endaweni yokushisa yasekamelweni amahora angu-4-6 (isikhathi eside uma kuwusuku olubandayo) kuze kube sekuphindeke kathathu ngosayizi futhi sekwenze amabhamuza amakhulu.
  • Gcoba ibhodwe elikhulu, elibanzi (elingaba ngu-30cm, insimbi egcotshwe koqweqwe lwawo noma insimbi engenalutho) ngokukhululekile ngamafutha omnqumo ngaphakathi. Usebenzisa izandla ezigcotshwe ngamafutha, bumba inhlama ibe amabhola ayi-10-12 bese uwabeka eceleni komunye ebhodweni. Mboza ngepulasitiki bese ushiya kubufakazi okwesibili, cishe imizuzu engama-30, kuze kube kabili ngosayizi.
  • Shisisa i-oven ukuya ku-220 C ngenkathi ulinde ubufakazi besibili.
  • Susa ipulasitiki, umboze ngesembozo esingena kuhhavini bese ubhaka imizuzu engama-20 (isinkwa sizoshunqa).
  • Susa isivalo bese ubhaka eminye imizuzu engu-20 kuze kube nsundu osagolide okunomsindo ongenalutho uma uthepha.
  • Phezulu ngemivimbo yebhotela likagalikhi uma lisashisa kakhulu, uncibilikise ibhotela esinkwa. Khonza ngokufudumele.

Ithiphu : Sebenzisa i-spatula ye-silicone ukuze ukhulule isinkwa ezinhlangothini nangaphansi kwebhodwe, uma kunesidingo.

Ngebhotela likagalikhi:

  • Hlanganisa zonke izithako kanye ne-spatula endishini yokuxuba (noma sebenzisa iprosesa yokudla ukuze uthole umphumela obushelelezi).

Jikela ephepheni elingangenwa amafutha, bese ugoqa ube yilogi bese ufaka esiqandisini.
