I-Biltong ilula kakhulu ukwenza kunalokho ucabanga

IZITHAKO:
- 1 indebe endala yewayini elibomvu uviniga
- 1 inkomishi ye-Worchester sauce
- Isigamu sesipuni se-baking soda
- 2 wezipuni ushukela onsundu
OKUFANELE NGIKWENZE:
- Hlanganisa konke okungenhla kuze kube yilapho i-baking soda ilungile futhi ushukela onsundu uhlakazeka.
- Amakristalu kasawoti (Akuwona usawoti omuhle)
- 1 inkomishi echotshoziwe i-coriander eyomile (hhayi i-coriander powder)
- 1 ithisipuni pepper omhlophe
- 2 kuya ku-3 kg phezulu-noma inyama yenkomo/yenyama
- Sika inyama ngokusanhlamvu kusuka ku-1cm ubukhulu kuya ku-4cm obukhulu. Zizokoma ngezikhathi ezihlukene futhi uhlale ujabule ukuthi ungomisi i-biltong.
- Cwilisa izingcezu ze-biltong imizuzwana emi-2 enhlanganisweni yeviniga engenhla, bese uzifaka esitsheni (hhayi i-aluminium).
- Ngemuva kwamahora angu-1 1/2, khipha isitsha, bese ushintsha izingcezu zenyama ezingezansi nezingaphezulu. Shiya futhi amanye amahora angu-1 1/2. (Ewoke amahora ama-3)
- Ngemuva kweseshini yeviniga yamahora angu-3, ufafaze inyama ngosawoti omkhulu ukunambitha nhlangothi zombili, futhi ubeke esitsheni.
- Ngemuva kwamahora angu-1 1/2, khipha isitsha, bese ushintsha izingcezu ezingezansi nezingaphezulu. Shiya amanye amahora angu-1 1/2. (Amahora ama-3 esewonke).
Manje i-spicing:
- Hlanganisa i-coriander echotshoziwe nopelepele omhlophe, ufafaze inyama ukunambitha.
- Thatha iziqeshana zamaphepha, uzigobe zibe yi-s-shape, futhi uzisebenzise ukulenga i-biltong ukuze yome. Ungasebenzisa futhi ifeni ephephethela ngqo enyameni ukuze yome ngokushesha.
