Isisekelo se-Cheesecake:

  • Ama-crackers ezilwane angama-200g, aqhekeke abe izingcezu ezincane kakhulu
  • 65g ibhotela elingafakwanga usawoti, ukugcwaliswa kwekhekhe le-Cheesecake:
  • 400 g ukhilimu ushizi, izinga lokushisa ekamelweni
  • 400 ml ukhilimu omuncu
  • 80g ushukela
  • ¼ inkomishi kalamula
  • ½ tsp i-vanilla extract
  • umbala wokudla ophinki, owolintshi, ophuzi, oluhlaza okotshani, oluhlaza okwesibhakabhaka nonsomi

Izikhombisi-ndlela:

  1. Okokuqala, yenza isisekelo se-cheesecake. Hlanganisa ndawonye ibhotela elicibilikile kanye nama-crackers ezilwane eziwohlokile, bese uwacindezela phansi epanini le-springform elingu-8-intshi. Bese ufaka lokhu efrijini ngenkathi ugcwalisa.

  2. Ukwenza ukugcwaliswa, faka ushizi wekhilimu endishini bese ushaya nge-mixer kagesi kuze kube bushelelezi. Faka ushukela uhlanganise. Bese wengeza ukhilimu, ijusi kalamula kanye ne-vanilla extract mix kuze kube bushelelezi. Hlukanisa ingxube ibe yizitsha eziyisi-6 bese uzidaya imibala yothingo.

  3. Thela ukugcwaliswa epanini lekhekhe umbala owodwa ngesikhathi, uqhwaze imizuzu engu-10 phakathi kwesendlalelo ngasinye. Lokhu kuzovimbela izendlalelo ukuthi zingahlangani ndawonye. Buyisela i-cheesecake efrijini ukuze ubeke amahora angu-1-2. Awufuni ukuthi ikhekhe likashizi libe yiqhwa, ukuze nje liqine. Uma uthanda ikhekhe likashizi elithambile, lifrize kuphela ihora elingu-1, njengoba ngenzile kuvidiyo. Uma ungathanda ukuthi iqine kancane, yigcine efrijini amahora angu-2.

  4. Gcoba indwangu yezitsha ngamanzi ashisayo bese uyigijima emaceleni epani ukuze ufudumale kancane ikhekhe. Susa izinhlangothi zepani, sika futhi ujabulele!
