OKWELANI KASHOKHOLETHI OMHLOPHE:

  • 8 oz (250 amagremu) ushokoledi omhlophe noma ushokoledi chips
  • 1 iphakethe i-gelatin engathandeki (i-Knox 7 amagremu / 2 1/2 tsp)
  • 2 tbsp amanzi abandayo

OKWEQULA KASHOKHOLETHI OBISI:

  • 8 oz (250 amagremu) ushokoledi wobisi noma ushokoledi chips
  • 1 iphakethe i-gelatin engathandeki (i-Knox 7 amagremu / 2 1/2 tsp)
  • 2 tbsp amanzi abandayo

EZWENI LIKASHOKHOLETHI OMNYAMA: (BHEKA AMANOTHI!)

  • 8 oz (250 grams) ushokoledi omnyama (70 % cocoa) noma ushokoledi chips
  • 4 tbsp ushukela
  • 1 iphakethe i-gelatin engathandeki (i-Knox 7 amagremu / 2 1/2 tsp)
  • 2 tbsp amanzi abandayo
  • ongakukhetha: 1 tbsp i-cocoa powder emnyama + 1 tbsp ushukela, uma ungqimba lubukeka lufana nombala weshokoledi wobisi (!!! bona amanothi !!!)

OKWEHLAKA/I-OREO:

  • Amakhukhi angu-24 e-Oreo (Ngasebenzisa ushokoledi ophindwe kabili futhi ngashiya ukugcwaliswa, uma usebenzisa i-Oreos evamile, sula ukugcwaliswa)
  • 2 tbsp ushukela (uyazikhethela)
  • 4 oz (114 amagremu) ibhotela elicibilikile

KWE-GANACHE:

  • 4 oz (120 gr) ushokholethi omncane omnandi
  • 1/2 indebe (120 ml) ukhilimu onzima

OKUNYE:

  • Amajikijolo okuhlobisa

IZIQONDISO:

  1. Epanini, hlanganisa ubisi nokhilimu bese ushisa phezu komlilo ophakathi, kuze kuqale ukubila.
  2. Susa ekushiseni. Hlukanisa ingxube ibe izingxenye ezi-3 ezilinganayo, cishe izinkomishi ezimbili ngayinye.

OKWELANI KASHOKHOLETHI OMHLOPHE:

  1. Fafaza i-gelatin emanzini abandayo endishini encane, yiyeke ime imizuzu embalwa, kuze kube yilapho i-gelatin inwetshiwe, bese ushisa phezu kukabhayela ophindwe kabili ukuze uncibilike.
  2. Faka ushokoledi endishini bese uthela uketshezi olushisayo phezu kwalo. Vumela ukuma imizuzu engu-1-2 bese uxuba ukuhlanganisa.
  3. Engeza i-gelatin bese uxuba ukuze uhlanganise.
  4. Fafaza ngokukhululekile i-bundt pan ngesifutho sokupheka. Thela ingxube epanini. Faka efrijini imizuzu engu-30 noma ngaphezulu, kuze kusethwe.

  1. Fafaza i-gelatin emanzini abandayo endishini encane, yiyeke ime imizuzu embalwa, kuze kube yilapho i-gelatin inwetshiwe, bese ushisa phezu kukabhayela ophindwe kabili ukuze uncibilike.

  3. Engeza i-gelatin bese uxuba ukuze uhlanganise.

NGENXA YE-SHOKHOLETHI OMNYAMA:

  1. Fafaza i-gelatin emanzini abandayo endishini encane, yiyeke ime imizuzu embalwa, kuze kube yilapho i-gelatin inwetshiwe, bese ushisa phezu kukabhayela ophindwe kabili ukuze uncibilike.
  2. Faka ushokoledi endishini bese uthela uketshezi olushisayo phezu kwalo. Faka ushukela. Vumela ukuma imizuzu engu-1-2 bese uxuba ukuhlanganisa.
  3. Engeza i-gelatin bese uxuba ukuze uhlanganise.
  4. Thela ngokucophelela ingxube phezu kongqimba lukashokoledi wobisi. Faka efrijini okungenani imizuzu engu-30, noma kuze kusethwe.

OKWEHLAKA/I-OREO:

  1. Gcoba amakhukhi ku-processor yokudla kuze kube imvuthu emihle. Hlanganisa noshukela nebhotela bese uxuba ukuhlanganisa.
  2. Lapho ungqimba lukashokoledi omnyama lusethiwe, engeza ngobumnene ungqimba lwe-crust, usebenzisa i-spoon ukuze usabalalise bese ulucindezela kancane phezu kongqimba lukashokoledi omnyama. Faka efrijini imizuzu engu-30.

KWE-GANACHE:

  1. Epanini elincane, shisa ukhilimu osindayo kuze kube yilapho uqala ukubila futhi ususe ngokushesha.
  2. Faka ushokoledi endishini bese uthela ukhilimu oshisayo phezulu. Engeza i-peppermint ekhishwe.
  3. Yiyeke ihlale iminithi elingu-1, bese ugoqa nge-spatula yerabha. Govuza ngokuqhubekayo, kuze kube yilapho ingxube iba bushelelezi. Ivumele iphole kancane ngaphambi kokuyisebenzisa, isadinga ukuba izacile, ngakho iconsa phansi ikhekhe.

UKUKHONZA:

  1. Uma usulungile khipha ikhekhe epanini, sebenzisa umshini wokomisa izinwele ukushisa izindonga zepani, noma ulicwilise emanzini ashisayo imizuzwana engama-30 – 60 ukuze uxege, bese ujikelisa oqwembeni lokuphakela.
  2. Thela i-chocolate ganache phezulu bese wengeza amajikijolo wokuhlobisa.
