  • 1.5 tsp. Usawoti (1 1/2)
  • 2 tsp. Organic Ubisi Omile powder
  • 1 Tbs. Imvubelo eyomile + 5 Tbs. Ubisi olufudumele
  • Amaqanda angu-1-2, ashaywe kancane
  • 2 oz Ukhilimu oshisayo
  • 2 oz Ubisi
  • 1 inkomishi ye-tang-zhong (i-flour+water roux)/eyanele izinkwa ezimbili
  • 2 Tbs. ibhotela elingenasawoti, elicibilikile
  • 1 tsp. Amafutha

I-Tang-zhong/flour+water roux:

  • 1/3 indebe yesinkwa sikafulawa
  • 1 inkomishi yamanzi

Kanjani:

  1. Shisisa ihhavini ngo-180C.
  2. Okokuqala, yenza i-“tangzhong” noma i-flour+water roux. Epanini eliphakathi, engeza inkomishi engu-1 yamanzi afudumele, bese uvula ukushisa okuphakathi nendawo.
