  • ¼ tsp bicarbonate soda
  • 200 g ushukela we-muscovado okhanyayo
  • 200 g ushukela we-golden caster
  • 25 g we-cocoa powder
  • 3 amaqanda aphakathi
  • 75 ml ubisi
  • 50g ushokoledi washizi noma 100g curls, ukuhlobisa

Okwe-ganache:

  • 200 g ushokoledi omnyama
  • (cishe u-60% we-cocoa solids), oqoshiwe
  • 300 ml ukhilimu ophindwe kabili
  • 2 tbsp ushukela we-golden caster

  2. Faka ama-200g kashokoledi omnyama oqoshiwe epanini eliphakathi nebhotela elingu-200g.
  3. Xuba i-tbsp engu-1 yezinhlamvu zekhofi esheshayo ku-125ml wamanzi abandayo bese uthela epanini.
  4. Kufudumeza ekushiseni okuphansi kuze kuncibilike yonke into – ungashisi ngokweqile. Noma ncibilika ku-microwave cishe imizuzu emi-5, ugovuze uhhafu.

  7. Thela ingxube kashokholethi encibilikisiwe kanye nengxube yeqanda engxenyeni kafulawa bese ugoqa yonke into ukuze ivumelane kahle, egijima.

  11. Susa ukushisa bese uwuthela phezu kukashokoledi. Govuza kuze ushokoledi uyancibilika futhi ingxube bushelelezi. Kuphole kuze kube ukuqina kancane kodwa kusathululwa.
  12. Hlanganisa izingqimba kanye ne-ganache encane. Thela okusele phezu kwekhekhe ulivumele liwele phansi ezinhlangothini futhi bushelelezi kunoma yiziphi izikhala ngommese wephalethi.
  13. Hlobisa nge-50g yeshokoledi egayiwe noma ama-curls ayi-100g kashokoledi. Ikhekhe lihlala limanzi futhi li-gooey izinsuku ezingu-3-4.
