Zola Nene’s Amagwinya - 4aKid

Amagwinya noma i-vetkoek inhlama yesinkwa ethosiwe kakhulu. Khonza ngokugcwaliswa okunomsoco nokumnandi. Lokhu kudla okuthosiwe okumnandi kungenye yezidlo ezibaluleke kakhulu eNingizimu Afrika!

Izithako:

  • 4 Khakha ufulawa kakolweni
  • 10g Superbake Instant Yeast
  • 3 tsp Ushukela
  • 2 tsp Usawoti
  • 750ml Amafutha emifino

Indlela:

1. Hlanganisa ndawonye ufulawa, imvubelo, ushukela nosawoti. Bese ugovuza emanzini anele ukwenza inhlama ethambile ephephekayo.

2. Uma iningi likafulawa selifakiwe, shintshela ekusebenziseni izandla zakho.

3. Hlanganisa inhlama ize ibushelelezi futhi inwebeka, cishe imizuzu eyi-10.

4. Uma isibushelelezi, faka inhlama esitsheni esigcotshwe ngamafutha, ikhava futhi uyeke ukuthi iphakame kuze kube kabili ngobukhulu.

5. Uma usuvukile, wisa inhlama ngesandla sakho bese uyixova ibe usayizi wayo wokuqala.

6. Hlukanisa inhlama ibe yizicucu ezilinganayo, cishe 12. Zilolonge zibe amabhola ayindilinga.

7. Shisisa amafutha emifino ukuze uyithose ibe ngu-170C. Hlola amafutha ngokufafaza ingcosana kafulawa ebhodweni. Uma ufulawa ugobhoza futhi uba nsundu, amafutha aselungile.

8. Faka inhlama emafutheni ashisayo, ushiye isikhala phakathi kwedombolo ngalinye. Zipheqe zibe nsundu ngokulinganayo nhlangothi zombili.

9. Uma seliba nsundu, faka amagwinya ebhodweni bese uvala ngesivalo. Shiya ukuze uhlale imizuzu emi-5. Lesi sinyathelo sizoqinisekisa ukuthi i-magwinya inokwakheka okuthambile, kodwa igcine ingaphandle elishwabene.
