  • ½ u-anyanisi, osikiwe
  • ¼ inkomishi yenkukhu umhluzi
  • ¼ inkomishi low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp amafutha e-sesame
  • U-anyanisi ohlaza osikiwe, wokugcoba

IZIQONDISO

1. Bilisa ibhodwe lamanzi bese upheka ama-noodle ngokweziqondiso zephakheji. Khipha bese ubeka eceleni.

2. Shisisa i-skillet phezu kokushisa okuphakathi bese wengeza amafutha e-peanut. Faka izaqathi, iklabishi no-anyanisi bese upheka iminithi elingu-1. Engeza umhluzi wenkukhu, isoso ye-soy namafutha e-sesame, bese uphonsa ama-noodle. Phezulu no-anyanisi oluhlaza osikiwe.
