1 x 15cm Ikhekhe lesithelo, sika phakathi nendawo ngokuvundlile.
1.5 kg ukhilimu webhotela
3 Ama-strawberries, acwiliswe kushokoledi futhi agcotshwe ngothuli lwegolide
1 Indoda yesinkwa se-gingerbread
1 Isihlahla se-gingerbread
1 Idonathi ecwebezelwe
150 g ushokoledi omhlophe
Indlela:
Preheat ihhavini ukuya ku-180 oC.
Gcoba ibhotela, ushukela kanye ne-vanilla kuze kube kukhanya futhi kuthambile. Gcoba amaqanda ngesikhathi esisodwa. Faka ufulawa uhlanganise
kuze kuhlanganiswe nje. Songa ukhastadi bese uthela emathinini okubhaka agcotshwe ngamafutha angu-2x15 cm.
Bhaka imizuzu engu-25-30. Uma induku iphuma ihlanzekile, susa kuhhavini bese uvumela ikhekhe ukuba liphole
ngokuphelele.
Ukuhlanganisa:
Beka ikhekhe le-custard ebhodini lekhekhe. Sabalalisa inani elilinganayo le-buttercream. Phezulu ngocezu lwekhekhe lezithelo,
ngisho nongqimba lwe-buttercream futhi okokugcina olunye ungqimba lwekhekhe le-custard. Vala izinhlangothi zekhekhe nge
ibhotela. Gcoba izinhlangothi zekhekhe ngoshokoledi omhlophe. Hlobisa ngendoda yesinkwa sejinja, isinkwa sejinja
isihlahla, idonadi elicwebezelisiwe kanye nama-strawberries egolide.
Faka efrijini ukuze ubeke amahora angu-2-3. Sika futhi ujabulele !!
