IZITHAKO:

Okwerayisi le-sushi:

  • 3 izinkomishi Spekko Royal Umbrella Jasmine Ilayisi
  • 1 tsp usawoti
  • ¼ inkomishi irayisi uviniga
  • 1 tbsp ushukela

Okokugcwalisa:

  • Amathini ama-5 (170g ngalinye) i-tuna eqoshiwe
  • 1 inkomishi yemayonnaise
  • Ikhukhamba elingu-1, lisikiwe libe yiziyingi
  • 2 ukwatapheya, usikwe kancane

Isiphakamiso sokunikeza:

  • Ibhavu elingu-1 (250g) ushizi wekhilimu
  • 1½ izinkomishi black sesame imbewu (uyazikhethela)
  • 1 ukwatapheya, lisikiwe futhi lihlelwe libe ngama roses
  • 1 inkomishi ye-ginger efakwe emanzini anosawoti, ikhanywa futhi igoqwe kuma roses
  • Ikhukhamba elingu-1, lihlutshiwe libe ngamaribhoni futhi ligoqwe libe ngama roses
  • 1 inkomishi sushi imayonnaise
  • 1 inkomishi ye-soy sauce

INDLELA:

  1. Faka isisekelo nezinhlangothi zethini lekhekhe le-springform nge-clingfilm.


Okwerayisi le-sushi:

  1. Hlanza irayisi kahle ngaphansi kwamanzi abandayo kuze kube yilapho amanzi ephela.

  2. Hlanganisa irayisi no-½ tsp usawoti ebhodweni bese umboza ngezinkomishi ezimbili zamanzi abandayo. Gcoba imizuzu engama-30. Vala ngesembozo, ulethe emathunjini bese ubamba imizuzu engu-15-20, noma kuze kube yilapho amanzi esemuncwa. Susa ekushiseni, faka ithawula lasekhishini phakathi kwebhodwe nesivalo bese uvumela ukuthi ime imizuzu engu-12. Sabalalisa irayisi elishisiwe phezu kwethreyi lokubhaka ukuze liphole.

  3. Hlanganisa uviniga welayisi, ushukela kanye nosawoti osele epanini elincane. Letha ekushiseni okuphansi ugovuze kuze kuncibilike ushukela. Susa ukushisa futhi uvumele ukupholisa.

  4. Hlanganisa ingxube kaviniga ngerayisi epholile bese ubeka eceleni.


Ukuhlanganisa:

  1. Hlukanisa irayisi zibe izingxenye ezi-3 ezilinganayo.

  2. Cindezela ingxenye engu-1 ngaphansi kwethini lekhekhe le-springform. Qinisekisa ukuthi ihlangene, ibushelelezi futhi ileveli.

  3. Hlanganisa i-tuna nemayonnaise bese usakaza ungqimba oluncane phezu kwerayisi. Faka ungqimba lwezingcezu zekhukhamba kulandele izingcezu zikakotapheya.

  4. Phinda izingqimba zelayisi, imayonnaise ye-tuna, ikhukhamba kanye nokwatapheya kanye futhi, uphethe ungqimba lwesithathu lwerayisi.

  5. Beka i-clingfilm ngaphezulu kwekhekhe ukuze ugweme ukuthi lome, bese ufaka efrijini okungenani ihora.

  6. Susa ngokucophelela ikhekhe ku-springform bese ulibeka endaweni eyisicaba, ipuleti elisezingeni noma ikhekhe.

  7. Ukusebenzisa ummese, vala ikhekhe lonke ngongqimba oluncane lwe-cream cream.

  8. Cindezela izinhlamvu zesesame ezimnyama ezigcwele izandla phezulu nasemaceleni ekhekhe, uqinisekise ukuthi ikhekhe limbozwe ngokuphelele.
