Marmite and Cheese Muffins - 4aKid

I-combo engcono kakhulu yalabo abathanda ushizi neMarmite!

I-Ps Bovril ingasetshenziswa esikhundleni seMarmite ukuze uthole ukunambitheka okuthambile (khumbula ukuthi akuyona imifino)

  • Isikhathi sokulungiselela: imizuzu eyi-10
  • Isikhathi sokupheka : 20-25 imizuzu
  • Imikhiqizo: ama -muffin angu-12

Izithako:

  • 25 ml i-Marmite
  • 200 g ushizi we-cheddar ovuthiwe (ogayiwe)
  • 100 g ibhotela
  • 150 ml ubisi
  • 3 izinkomishi zikafulawa (ngasebenzisa ingxube kafulawa ongenagluten)
  • 20 ml i-baking powder
  • 3 amaqanda amakhulu

Indlela:

1. Shisisa ihhavini ukuya ku-180°C

2. Ncibilikisa ibhotela neMarmite ndawonye

3. Hlanga ndawonye izithako ezomile bese ufaka ushizi

4. Lindela ingxube yeMarmite/bhotela ukuthi iphole bese wengeza amaqanda nobisi – ugovuze kahle

5. Yenza umthombo phakathi kwezithako ezomile. Engeza izithako ezimanzi ukuze zome izithako 1/3 ngesikhathi futhi ugovuze kuze kuxutshwe nje. Ungadluli ukuxuba!

6. Faka isipuni ethini le-muffin eligcotshwe ngamafutha

7. Engeza iMarmite eyengeziwe noshizi ngaphezulu, ufafaze ngokuthinta ingxube yemifino

8. Bhaka imizuzu engama-25- 30 futhi ujabulele!
