Iresiphi ecwengisisiwe engenashukela Yezingqimba Zembewu Kashokoledi Enosawoti Efile

Izithako:

  • Izinsuku ezingu-10 ze-medjool, ziboshwe futhi ziqoshwe
  • 1/2 indebe yembewu ye-sunflower
  • 1/2 indebe yembewu yethanga
  • 1/2 indebe yama-alimondi aluhlaza
  • 2 tbsp imbewu ye-sesame
  • 2 tbsp i-cocoa nibs
  • 3 tbsp ibhotela le-almond
  • 1/2 tsp isinamoni
  • 1/4 tsp usawoti olwandle
  • 2 tbsp isiraphu ye-maple, uju noma isiraphu ye-rice malt (ngokuzithandela)
  • 2 tbsp amanzi ahlungiwe
  • 2-3 izikwele ushokoledi omnyama (70-85%)
  • 2 wezipuni cranberries, ukuhlobisa

I-chocolate drizzle:

  • 1/4 inkomishi ushokoledi omnyama (70-85%), ecibilikile
  • 1/2 tsp isinamoni
  • Fafaza usawoti olwandle

Kanjani

  1. Beka zonke izithako ku-processor yokudla, ngaphandle kwama-cranberries, futhi ushaye kuze kuhlanganiswe kahle - ingxube kufanele iqine kodwa ithambe.
  2. Gcoba bese ubeka ithreyi lokubhaka elingu-20cm bese ucindezela ingxube ngokulinganayo ngemuva kwesipuni. Cindezela ama-cranberries phezulu kwamabha.
  3. Hlanganisa izithako ze- ushokoledi vuza futhi ugovuze kuze kube bushelelezi futhi kuhlangene. Chaza phezu kwengxube.
  4. Vala futhi ubambe imizuzu engama-30-40 noma kuze kuqine.
  5. Susa efrijini futhi usike imigoqo eyisishiyagalombili.
